The Kurdistan Institute of Public Administration (KIPA) is an independent and non-profit organization based in Erbil, Iraq. The Institute arranges seminars, workshops and courses for the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) in Iraq to build the capacity of public officials and administrators to achieve a more effective, efficient and responsive local governance. |
